Which size should I choose?

Small leeches (up to 0.5 g) suit sensitive areas and gentler application, medium leeches (0.8–1.5 g) are the most commonly used size for general hirudotherapy, and large leeches (1.5–3 g) are the choice for larger areas and more demanding applications.
